This Friday 5th of February, in the touristic town of Panguipulli (Región de Los Ríos), a street artist was brutally murdered by a policeman of Carabineros during an identity control while working in the intersection of the streets Martínez de Rozas and Pedro de Valdivia.

A witness said that after the policeman shoot at the foot and the body of the artist, Carabineros ran away from the crime scene. They did not even give first aids nor helped to get the soonest arrival of the medical assistance.
